• Chassis Main Beam: High-strength Q345B carbon steel, beam height 500mm, ensuring load-bearing and torsional strength.

• Box Frame: High-strength aluminum alloy or galvanized steel profiles, corrosion-resistant and lightweight.

• External Dimensions (L×W×H): 13600mm × 2600mm × 4000mm (Customizable based on standard container lengths, e.g., 45ft)

• Axle Number & Capacity: 3 axles, standard 13T/axle (Optional brands: BPW, FUWA, etc.), total payload capacity up to 45-60 tons.

• Box Structure: "Sandwich" composite panel bonding process.

• Inner/Outer Skin: Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) or food-grade stainless steel sheet, smooth and easy to clean.

• Insulation Core: Polyurethane (PU) foam injected, density ≥40±2kg/m³, low thermal conductivity.

• Thickness: Standard 80mm-100mm (Can be increased to 120mm-150mm for lower temperature requirements).

• Floor: High-strength aluminum alloy tread plate or anti-slip plastic floor with bottom ventilation channels for optimal air circulation.

• Door Seal: Double-lip rubber sealing strip, equipped with anti-freeze heating device to ensure perfect insulation at the door.

• Rear Doors: Double swing doors, optional stainless steel door frame, lock rods, and hinges.

III. Refrigeration Unit

• Brand & Power: Optional Carrier, Thermo King, or renowned domestic brands.

• Refrigerant: Eco-friendly R452A or R404A.

• Temperature Range: -30°C to +30°C, controlled by intelligent PLC controller with ±0.5°C accuracy.

• Features: Independent diesel unit with functions for cooling, heating, defrosting, temperature logging, and remote monitoring (optional).

IV. Anti-Corrosion & Painting

• Chassis Treatment: Full chassis sandblasting, coated with two-component epoxy zinc-rich primer and high-performance topcoat for durability.

• Box Exterior: Standard white (customizable with company logo and colors).

• Rust Prevention: All metal fittings receive anti-rust treatment.

V. Certification & Warranty

• Certification: CCC (China Compulsory Certification), compliant with national and industry standards.

• Warranty: The complete vehicle is covered by a 12-month warranty (Wear parts and refrigeration unit follow supplier's standard terms).
